A seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, he has been instrumental in structuring corporate finance solutions, debt syndication, startup funding, and financial advisory for businesses across industries.
His journey in the financial sector began in 2009 when he became a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He started his career in a reputed public limited company, where he gained invaluable corporate finance experience for two years. In 2011, he took the entrepreneurial leap and established Meghal Shah & Associates, laying the foundation for what is now a trusted name in corporate finance and strategic business consulting.
With a vision to empower MSMEs, startups, and corporates, he has successfully led the firm to achieve ₹1,000+ crores in funding, supporting 275+ MSMEs across various sectors.
